More than 12000 job titles:
We have a data base ready with as many as 12,000 job titles and job families
which provide the test taker with detailed information of the same.
Online test:
CONQUER provides the students or the test takers the opportunity to answer
the test online, sitting at home or the place that is the most comfortable.
The test taker can suspend the test if he/she feels like it. And can continue
the test from where he has left it when he wants to complete it.
Performance driven:
Every person is an individual (because no two people will have same IQ, Aptitude,
Attitude & Behavioural pattern, Interest, Personality, Memory and Attention level
and Emotional IQ), so they must be tested on individual set of questions based on
their IQ and traits. All tests in CONQUER are performance driven. The time taken to
solve the first question and correctness of answer determines the difficulty level for
next question, next question is selected randomly based on difficulty level from a data bank
of questions.
Relevant jobs:
CONQUER provides the student with a list of jobs that he is suitable for, starting with
the job that best suits him based on all the above mentioned test reports. We also provide
the student with other job titles that are suitable for him which are related to the main job family.
Result Report:
The student is provided with a full-fledged report of the result along with the different
jobs he/she is suitable for. CONQUER also provides the test taker with detailed information about
the different courses and the scope for development in that particular field. A sample result is attached to demonstrate report prepartion.
