Terms and Conditions

v  State Franchisee should be a Pvt. Ltd. Company with paid up capital of Rs. 1.00 Lacs.

v  Initially the contract is for one year.

v  State Franchisee should appoint District Franchisee and help them to develop business.

v  Commission for District Franchisee should be finalized by State Franchisee.

v  State Franchisee will be offered the agreed commission of collections from his State. This includes all expenditure and costs.

v  In case there is no State Franchisee the agreed commission will be given till the time State Franchisee is appointed. On appointment of State Franchisee, District Franchisee should finalise commission amount with State Franchisee and go into contract.

v  District Franchisee has an option to grow as State Franchisee if there is no State Franchisee.

v  All franchisees are required to sign a contract with CONQUER Systems Pvt. Ltd.

v  CONQUER will provide training to the Franchisee staff.

v  CONQUER will also supply marketing aids on payable basis. If required soft copy may be provided.

v  Depending on the performance of Franchisee CONQUER reserves the rights to renew or terminate the contract.

v  On termination of contract by either of the parties Franchisee must return unused material.

v  On every 2nd of the month, previous month’s account statement will be sent to you. And on every 7th the commission for previous month will be credited to your account. Appropriate TDS will be deducted and Form 16 will be issued at the end of the year.

v  Every Franchisee is authorised to audit our accounts and reconciliation should be done on quarterly basis. An authorised person can visit CONQUER Office for audit & reconciliation with prior appointment.

v  Franchisee Fee for State will be Rs.5.00 Lacs.

v  Deposit for State of Rs. 5.00 Lacs.

v  Franchisee Fee for District will be Rs.1.00 Lacs.

v  Deposit for District of Rs. 1.00 Lacs.

v  Anyone found marketing CONQUER products without appropriate authority, will be prosecuted.

Requirements for new franchisee

State Franchisee:-

1.      Investment:

A.    Franchisee Fee (Non Refundable): Rs. 5, 00,000/-

B.    Security Deposit (Refundable): Rs. 5, 00,000/-

2.      Infrastructure:

A.   Office: At least 200 Sq Feet, with one cabin for counselling.

B.   Equipments: At least 2 desk top computers with broad band connection of 256 kbps.

C.   At least 1 laptop for presentation.

D.   One LCD projector with screen.

E.   Team: At least 2 Staff for marketing.

F.   At least one Staff for back office & follow-up.

G.   At least one psychologist for counselling.

3.      Working Capital: Rs. 1, 00,000/- and provision for 3 months.

4.      Initial Advertisement: Rs. 1, 00,000/-

5.      Commitment: At least 1 year of dedication.

6.      Potential: Please refer market potential file.

District Franchisee:

1.      Investment:

A.    Franchisee Fee (Non Refundable): Rs. 1, 00,000/-
